A few days ago, Xisong Construction Co., Ltd. of Japan developed a set of auxiliary system for shield machine driving direction control, which can digitize the operation technology of skilled operators, use AI model to assist the shield machine driving direction control, and introduce the system to the shield construction site in Japan.
System overview
The newly developed system can not only measure and calculate the position and attitude (heading direction and inclination) of the shield machine, accurately grasp the deviation from the planned alignment, but also provide AI modeling support, which is mainly used for the driving operation of the operator and the overall monitoring of the driving parameters.
System UI interface
Through about 50 training samples, the AI of the auxiliary system can learn the operation skills of skilled workers, establish the optimal AI model for each construction site, and learn and adjust the site model under similar construction conditions in a short time.
During operation, the system uses this model to search, plan and present the best operation with the smallest deviation from the planned alignment to the operator. Therefore, operators without rich experience can also operate. In addition, AI model can also improve excavation accuracy and construction quality.
