Dacheng construction and aktio jointly developed the "t-imonitor tunnel" system, which can monitor the operation of temporary equipment and construction machinery based on the measurement data of cameras and various measuring equipment set inside and outside the tunnel foundation pit. By applying this system to mountain tunnel construction, various measurement data can be automatically integrated into the cloud, and the construction conditions inside and outside the tunnel foundation pit, including the operation conditions of temporary equipment and construction machinery, can be visualized.
The system has two major features: 1) automatically integrate the measurement data of temporary equipment and construction machinery into the cloud to visualize the operation; 2) It is easy to add and display information required for construction management.
In addition, in case of failure of construction machinery, the system can also quickly find out the cause of failure and shorten the time required for recovery operation, thus improving the efficiency of construction management.
The "t-imonitor tunnel" system has been tested in the road project in Jiji District, No. 106 National Highway, to confirm its effectiveness.
In the future, Dacheng construction will conduct in-depth research on the system to further improve the efficiency of mountain tunnel construction.
